TRI-STATE’S LARGEST CHILI COOKOFF
We are pleased to announce The Tri-State’s Largest Chili Cook-off in Dubuque’s historic Cable Car Square is back! The event will be held Saturday, October 1, 2022. Our chili cook off has become a time-honored tradition over the last 29 years filled with games, live music, fun, and of course chili! This event has tremendous attendance year after year and continues to grow.
This official CASI (Chili Appreciation Society International) sanctioned event allows us to give back to our community. CASI is the world’s largest organization of chili enthusiasts, whose mission is to
promote chili and raise money for charity. All chili proceeds raised from the chili tasting event will go to Hills and Dales, a local human services organization that provides care for youth with severe and profound mental and physical disabilities.
Your support is greatly appreciated more than ever for this community event. There are many ways you can contribute to making this event successful:
- Financial support as an event sponsor
- Donating gift certificates or promotional items to use as gifts for the cooks
- Competing in the cook-off
- Volunteering as a contest judge or event worker
- Food vendor
